The popular hike up Grouse Mountain is a Vancouverites rite of passage.
- Difficulty: Difficult
- Time: 1.5-2 hours
- Distance: 2.9 km
- Elevation Gain: 853 meters
Located next to the Grouse Grind—the BCMC trail is a less-crowded alternative. It starts off at the same place as the Grind but then breaks off into the Baden Powell trail.
