The event marks the first weekend of summer, with the drone show starting at sunset on Saturday, June 22.
Locals and visitors alike can enjoy the show from the North East False Creek basin or via on-site screens at Creekside Park. Best of all, the event is free, making it accessible to everyone.

While this is the first official public drone show in Vancouver. This follows a private show that was visible to the public last year when drones flew over False Creek near Science World. This year’s event aims to provide a similar breathtaking experience, officially sanctioned and accessible to all.
The drone show will take place on Saturday at approximately 9:30 PM. It marks the middle of the two-day Dragon Boat Festival, which runs on June 22 and 23.
