Langley Is Hosting A Dive-In Theatre Where You Can Watch Movies In The Water
Add a splash to your movie night in Langley this summer. The Township of Langley is offering an epic Dive-In Theatre as part of its Summer Special Events at Aldergrove Community Centre Outdoor Experience.
Returning in July, there will be special movie night (in the water) on selected Thursdays.

Dive-In Movie Nights
The all-ages event allows guests to enjoy a family-friendly flick on the big screen while floating in Breaker Bay. So grab your friends (and a floatie).

The movie lineup:
- Thursday, July 18 from 7 – 9pm Kung Fu Panda 4
- Thursday, August 1 from 7 – 9pm Wish
- Thursday, August 22 from 7 – 9pm The Garfield Movie (2024 film)
It costs just $8 per person, including tax. You can enjoy the movie in the water, or on one of their lawn chairs.
It is important to note that advance online registration is required for the event, and no drop-ins are allowed. Registration opens for everyone seven days in advance of each event.
During the event only individual-use pool floats are allowed. Party islands and large floaties that could obstruct the views of other guests are not permitted.
In addition to this, they will also be offering a Sip ‘n Dips Adults (19+) Event on four occasions this summer. Guests can enjoy a cup of craft beer, wine, or seltzer while experiencing the pool, hot tubs, and waterslides.
This event will take place on July 4 & 25 and August 8 & 29. Tickets starts at $18.80 and includes a drink. Registration is also required, with no drop-ins available.
