There’s a new eatery in town, or on the North Shore—to be exact. A brand new waterfront hotel has opened its doors and an incredible restaurant, Seaside Provisions—along with it.
It will soon become known as the place to dig into coastal tapas and sharing platters. Try their game hen ($21) with grilled lemon gremolata and roasted garlic or their wagyu beef ($29) with salsa verde.
But seafood is their specialty (obviously), with arctic char, scallops, salt spring mussels, salmon caviar, and an oyster trio (just to name a few).
Seaside Provisions will also host a Happy Hour Wednesday through Sunday and offer a daily brunch menu from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
For drinks, they have it all—from an old fashioned, negroni and cadillac margarita to a seacider, lonsdale lemonade and a selection of craft beers.
