What they had to say about it: When celebrating special occasions and bringing visitors from other parts of the world, Minami is always on our list. What makes this place so special is their Premium Oshi Trio consisting of a combination of three flavourful, rich aburi-style “flamed seared” sushi. Try our favourite Albacore Tuna and Otoro aburi! The melt-in-your-mouth buttery experience will leave you wanting more.

What they had to say about it: Aburi sushi is one of my favourite types of sushi and my ultimate go-to place is this hidden gem tucked away in New West. It may look unassuming but they have some of the best aburi sushi I’ve ever had. Their rolls are delicious, affordable, and give you that melt-in-your-mouth taste! My top picks here are their scallop and salmon aburi rolls.
