Ever see a food truck pulled over on a busy Vancouver street and wonder how they do it, or what it takes to have your own food truck?
Well if you’re a foodie who’s interested in learning the 411 about food trucks and exactly what it takes to run one, then you should attend the upcoming Food Talks Volume 7: Food Trucks: The Business and The Movement, which will take place next Tuesday, April 2 at the Electric Owl (926 Main St.) in Vancouver.
This event is an excellent opportunity to take advantage of knowledge provided from the food community, there will be guest speakers giving their insight on issues in the food industry, as well there will be taste testing, and questions to be asked by attendees to the experts.
Food Talks Volume 7’s lineup includes:
